As we are a company established outside the European Union, the appointment of an EU representative under Article 27 of the EU GDPR is in progress. In the meantime, you may send any queries to mestronicdigi@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

• Contact and conversation data: if you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we process your name, telephone number or email address and the content of your messages (for example, the plan you are interested in).
• Technical browsing data: our hosting provider automatically logs data such as your IP address, browser and the pages visited, for security and operational purposes.
• Preferences: your chosen language and your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
• Analytics and advertising data: only if you accept the relevant cookies (see the Cookie policy).

The Site does not include any forms or payment gateway and does not collect bank details.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to your enquiries and informing you about the plans before you subscribe: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, performance of the contract.
• Security and proper functioning of the Site: legitimate interests.
• Measuring visits and personalised advertising: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings".
• Compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations) where there is a contractual relationship.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. The following providers may access it, only to the extent necessary:

• Namecheap (web hosting).
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms (messaging, when you contact us).
• Meta Platforms (advertising pixel) and Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept those cookies.
• Google Fonts and Wikimedia (fonts and images loaded from their servers, which means they receive your IP address).
• Public authorities, where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In such cases, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or by standard contractual clauses approved by the competent authorities.

6. Retention

• Contact conversations that do not lead to a subscription: up to 12 months from the last message.
• Customer data: for the duration of the relationship and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory periods.
• Technical server logs: in accordance with the hosting provider's policy, usually a few weeks.
• Cookies: for the periods stated in the Cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to mestronicdigi@gmail.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month.

If you believe that we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, your local data protection authority.

8. Minors

TV4YOU services are intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the service. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
